Sheena Robertson was born and raised in New York City. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the City University of New York at Queens College and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Hofstra University School of Law.
Ms. Robertson has over eight years of significant experience as an Investigator. She spent several years working as a Fraud Investigator for the New York City Department of Homeless Services (“DHS”) where she was responsible for the detection and investigation of fraudulent claims. Also, during her tenure with DHS, she conducted highly sensitive investigations involving allegations of misconduct committed by city employees.
In 2006, Ms. Robertson left New York City and moved to Atlanta, Georgia. In 2007, she joined the City of Atlanta Department of Law as an Internal Investigator in their Compliance Unit where she was responsible for investigating allegations of police corruption, fraud, and misconduct of elected officials, employees and other individuals or entities doing business with the City of Atlanta. Ms. Robertson is a certified Computer Voice Stress Examiner and is trained and certified in the technique of interviewing and interrogation. She has also received extensive training on conducting internal investigations. Ms. Robertson joined the Atlanta Citizen Review Board as their Investigator in February 2009.
