Kelvin Williams was nominated to serve on the Atlanta Citizen Review Board (ARCB) by the Atlanta Planning Advisory Board (APAB) representing Neighborhood Planning Unit (NPU) A through F. He received City Council confirmation February 20, 2023, to serve for a term of three (3) years.
Mr. Williams has over 25 years of experience as a Project Manager in various public and commercial sectors. He is currently a Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). His industry expertise includes Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Process, Re-engineering/Re-Design, Government Contracts, Public Health, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Construction, Warehouse/Supply Chain, Enterprise and Corporate Consulting, Proposals Contract Bid Development, ERP/CRM Implementations.
During his professional career, Mr. Williams provided services to an impressive group of clients including: DRT Strategies Inc. CDC/ATSDR/ALS, CDC/DEO, CDC/GID, Lockheed Martin IS&GS, Leidos Inc., British Petroleum “BP” Corporate, Cox Enterprises – Manheim, Cox Communications, MERIAL Pharmaceutical, McKing Consulting, Tek Systems, DS Waters Inc “Crystal Springs Water,” and BIO Lab Inc.
Mr. Williams educational background includes but is not limited to a Political Science Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Morris Brown College. He holds several professional certifications and for 37 years, Mr. Williams has been a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. His public service includes volunteering and community outreach work with American Kinetics LLC.
Mr. Williams resides in Atlanta’s District 7 in the Buckhead Heights community.
