Brian Fleming joined the Atlanta Citizen Review Board (ACRB) in January 2015. As an investigator, Brian is responsible for conducting thorough and objective investigations of misconduct accusations made against the police and corrections departments in the City of Atlanta. Prior to joining ACRB, Brian was an investigator for six years with the City of Chicago’s Independent Police Review Authority (IPRA) where he investigated police-involved shootings and allegations of misconduct against Chicago police officers.
