Leah Pulliam | Secretary

Leah Pulliam represents the Urban League of Greater Atlanta (ULGA). On August 17, 2020, the Atlanta City Council confirmed her nomination to serve on the Atlanta Citizen Review Board (ACRB) for a term of three years. Ms. Pulliam took the Oath of Office, August 26, 2020 making her an official member of the ACRB.

At the Urban League, Leah is the Senior Empowerment Advocate. She is responsible for delivering case management, servicing clients with barriers and ensuring a continuum of service delivery from advocacy to treatment. The position enables access to partner agencies, communicates clients’ program compliance and offers direct client services.

Ms. Pulliam also provides holistic social services at LP Community Empowerment Inc. that connect seniors, youth, adults and the disabled population to resources needed to help promote a better quality of life by custom-designing, organizing and implementing each program to fit their needs. The center offers community need assessments, life skills training, GED partnership, referral for skills training and job placement, job fairs, youth development services with resident support. It identifies sources for child care services, food, housing, and employment.

Ms. Pulliam is a Cum Laude graduate of Morris Brown College in Atlanta with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services/Psychology.
