
Miguel A. Dominguez was nominated to serve on the Atlanta Citizen Review Board (ACRB) by the Atlanta Bar Association. He received City Council confirmation on June 18, 2025, to serve for a term of three (3) years.
Miguel A. Dominguez, Esq., is a seasoned trial attorney and managing partner of the Dominguez Law Firm, where he advocates for plaintiffs in auto injury, wrongful death, civil rights, and premises liability cases. He brings over a decade of legal experience spanning private practice and public service, including previous roles as a partner at Morgan & Morgan and as a prosecutor in multiple Georgia counties.
Admitted to practice in Georgia’s state and federal courts, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States, Dominguez is known for his courtroom acumen and commitment to justice. His background also includes service as Chair of the City of Atlanta’s Commission on Criminal Justice Reform and board leadership with several legal and community organizations, including the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the DeKalb Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
A bilingual (English/Spanish) legal professional, Dominguez is a recognized leader and has earned honors such as Georgia Trend’s “40 Under 40,” National Bar Association’s “Top 40 Lawyers Under 40,” and Latino Leaders Magazine’s “Top Latino Lawyers.” His dedication to community, justice reform, and mentoring the next generation of legal minds continues to guide his public service.
