Vice Chair Price welcomed citizens and members of the Atlanta Police Department, Office of Professional Standards (OPS).
Following the roll call and welcome, the Vice Chair made the following statement.
“Thank you for being present at our monthly meeting. For the record, today is August 14, 2014 and unfortunately, we don’t have a *quorum and we hope that next time, we will have enough members present so that we can conduct our meeting. No further business, we can all be dismissed.”
Note: *A requisite minimum number of five (5) people necessary to conduct business.

The meeting was dismissed at 6:40 p.m.
