Chair Harrison welcomed members of the public to the meeting.
Following the welcome and the roll call, the Chair made the following statement:
“Because we do not have a quorum, we’ll call our meeting and postpone it until next month, our next meeting.”
*Important Note: A requisite minimum number of five (5) people are necessary to conduct business.
Director Reid reminded the Board that February’s meeting will take place at the Peachtree Hills Recreation Center in Buckhead.
