Joy Morrissey | Chair of the Board

Joy Morrissey was appointed to the Atlanta Citizen Review Board (ACRB) by the Atlanta Planning Advisory Board (APAB) on May 24, 2007 for a one (1) year term representing NPU’s ‘A’ through ‘F.’  APAB reappointed her, July 19, 2008 for a three (3) year term.  On February 12, 2009, Ms. Morrissey was elected Board Secretary succeeding Roderick Edmond.

Maceo C. Williams, Sr. | Vice Chair

Maceo C. Williams, Sr. was appointed to Atlanta Citizen Review Board by the Atlanta Planning Advisory Board (APAB) in November 2009 for a three (3) year term representing NPU’s “S” through “Z.”

Alan H. Morris | Secretary

Alan H. Morris was appointed to the Atlanta Citizen Review Board by the League of Women Voters of Atlanta-Fulton County April 30, 2009 for a three-year term.The City Council confirmed his appointment July 30, 2009.  On October 14, 2010, Mr. Morris was elected Vice-Chair of the Board succeeding Seth Kirschenbaum.

Pamala Aliniece

Pamala Aliniece was appointed to the Atlanta Citizen Review Board on February 21, 2011 for a one (1) year term by the Atlanta Business League, a 77 year old organization established in 1933 as an affiliate of the National Business League founded by Dr. Booker T. Washington.

Paul Bartels

Paul Bartels was appointed by the Atlanta Bar Association and sworn in as a member of the Board on December 9, 2010.

William Harrison

William L. Harrison was appointed to the Atlanta Citizens Review Board by the Atlanta City Council and sworn in on September 16, 2011, for a three year term.

Barbara Hubbard

Barbara Hubbard was appointed by the Atlanta Planning Advisory Board (APAB) to the Atlanta Citizen Review Board to represent NPU’s ‘G’ through ‘L’ effective June 21, 2010.  Ms. Hubbard took the Oath of Office, July 30, 2010 for an appointment term of three years.

Charis L. Johnson

Charis L. Johnson was appointed to the Atlanta Citizen Review Board by the Gate City Bar Association in 2007 for a two (2) year term.

Ryan Johnson

Charis L. Johnson was appointed by the Atlanta Planning Advisory Board (APAB) to the Atlanta Citizen Review Board to represent NPU’s ‘M’ through ‘R’.

Ruth Price

Retired Major Ruth Price was appointed to the Atlanta Citizen Review Board (ACRB) by Ceasar C. Mitchell, President of the Atlanta City Council.  The appointment was confirmed by the City Council on September 6, 2011 for a term of three (3) years effective on the date of confirmation.

Sheena Robertson

Sheena Robertson was born and raised in New York City. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the City University of New York at Queens College and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Hofstra University School of Law.

Myola Smith

Myola Smith has been employed with the City of Atlanta for over six years in the Executive Office. While providing Administrative Support to the Deputy Chief of Staff and later becoming the Mayor’s Scheduling Coordinator, she was also asked by the Administration to serve as a liaison between Atlanta Citizen Review Board and the various departments within City government.

Marc Addington

Mr. Addington has over nine years of significant experience as an Investigator.He spent several years as an Investigator with a municipal police department and as a District Attorney Investigator at one of the largest judicial circuits in the Southeast. In 2006, Mr. Addington worked as a Fraud Investigator with a regional financial institution where he was responsible for managing both internal and external fraud investigations.
